Metal Roof Restorations:

Boice builders is an approved applicator for Acrylabs Roof Restoration Systems. Acrylabs products are designed to be applied directly to aging metal, flat and low sloped roofs. The systems incorporate the use of high quality acrylic coatings combined with fabric reinforcement. Applied directly to existing roof surfaces, the resulting membrane is seamless and avoids the need to removed old roofing materials. This preserves the roof's profile and character without exposing the building to the elements The original vintage of historic materials are preserved as well. Acrylabs coatings are available in a wide palette of colors including historic accurate shades. Highly reflective white is also available.

Whether the project is historic structure, commercial building or a cherished residence, and Acrylabs Roof Membrane can provide a cost effective solution for restoring or preserving the existing roof. The durable membrane is warranted for ten years but it's life expectancy is considerably longer. After ten years a maintenance coat can be applied which will renew the roof membrane and the warranty for an additional ten years.
